I'm done.

Gramma passed this morning. 2013 is officially the worst year ever and it can go die in a fire.

I haven't check up on your LJ in a while and just happened to do so right now. I'm so sorry to read about your grandparents. Please accept my condolences. *hugs*\ Is your e-mail still the same?
I just wanted to say again that I'm really sorry to hear about that, even though I know words really don't matter and don't help much. I just want you to know that you're not alone and if you ever want to vent or talk about your grandparents or anything feel free to message me on FB or here. I really am sorry that you're having to go through all of this... your grandparents, boyfriend being sent off, school, all of these alone are huge stressors and you're facing them all at once. I can't even imagine what you're going through but I hope there is some good in all of it.
On top of everything else, I just had a new roommate move into the house (which has basically converted into a rental property, since Mom inherited my grandparents' house), and while Kaija is an awesome friend and we even lived together for a year and got along great and I'm enjoying having her means I've also been dealing with a move and acclimating to a roommate.

Although now that she's settled, the stress of the move has tapered off and it's SO wonderful to come home and have someone to talk to, someone who's kind and helpful and completely nonjudgmental (unlike my mother), instead of staring into space crying for hours, which is pretty much what I did after Grampa passed. It doesn't hurt that she can cook fabulous gourmet vegetarian meals, too. :D
I'm really glad to hear that you're not alone and have some support! Roommates can be stressful but it sounds like a positive thing. Ha, totally, I miss having somebody cook for me. Food always tastes better when you don't have to make it, I think.
